Slate-and-indigo Surr

This series explores art where reality dissolves into muted grays and deep indigo, creating a melancholic yet mesmerizing atmosphere.

I played with contrasts: cold, nearly monochrome backdrops come alive with ghostly silhouettes, distorted shapes, and unexpected bursts of indigo. Here, dreams intertwine with reality, and ordinary objects take on a mystical depth—as if bathed in foggy moonlight.

To me, this palette evokes themes of solitude, memory, and the subconscious. The space feels infinite, and the figures seem frozen between worlds. Every detail in these works is a hint, and the color scheme becomes a language for the unspoken.
